Terms of Service

1. Subscription, Accounts, and Fees
By creating an account, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Data Ownership and License
Our clients retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data, text, messages, or other materials they upload or process through our platform ("Client Data"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display Client Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and secure the services.

3. Fair Use and Twilio/GHL Communication Limits
Our platform integrates with GoHighLevel and upstream communication carriers (e.g., Twilio, LeadConnector) for SMS, email, and calling functionalities. You agree to abide by all carrier regulations, TCPA guidelines, and acceptable use policies. Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited automated communications is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Service Availability and Uptime Disclaimer
While we strive for continuous availability, our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Because our infrastructure relies on third-party sub-processors (including GoHighLevel), we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that data will never be lost. You are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical business data.

5. Free Trial Evaluation Period
We may offer, at our sole discretion, free trial subscriptions for a specified period. Free trials are intended for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or terminate a free trial at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.

6. Conversion to Paid Subscription & Billing
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will automatically be billed the applicable subscription fees for the plan you selected upon signup. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support at least twenty-four (24) hours before the trial ends.

7. Trial Account Limits and Misuse
You are limited to one (1) free trial account. Creating multiple accounts to extend a free trial or evade billing is strictly prohibited. During the trial period, we may impose limitations on the volume of communications sent (SMS, emails), storage space, or system features to prevent system abuse.
